CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Meriwether Lewis Electric Cooperative is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative in our Waverly office in Humphreys County.
Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills. The ability to tactfully and cheerfully communicate with the membership, general public and fellow employees face to face and by telephone required. Excellent math skills, valid driver’s license and high school diploma also required. One to two years of experience in handling money, making change, data entry, typing, customer service and computer operations to include Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word a must. Must be able to multi-task and remain focused. Applicants must reside within or be willing to relocate to the MLEC service area and be willing to travel and work in our other district offices as needed.
