Non-residential members of MLEC can work one-on-one with an engineer for technical assistance. MLEC provides a wide range of energy related technical services including, but not limited to:
Power Quality Studies
- A search for solutions to customer PQ problems such as harmonics, surges, and other power disturbances.
Special Metering
- Provide facility load profiles and energy usage patterns.
- Lighting level, power system grounding, and harmonics metering also available.
Lighting Design Recommendations
- Lighting system layouts in areas such as offices, manufacturing facilities, and parking lots.
- Fixture specifications with drawings showing placement and fixture aiming.
Energy Audits
- A walk-through survey focusing on energy savings opportunities.
- Complete billing review and power factor study available.

- Heating and cooling equipment sizing and system improvement recommendations

Facility Wiring Recommendations
