From Our Employees
MLEC's employees care about their communities and neighbors.
They contribute their time by coaching little league teams, being volunteer
firemen and Sunday school teachers, serving on economic and community
development boards and civic organizations.
Some employees also designate that money be deducted out of each
payroll to help their neighbors in need. A fund is set up to benefit each
county. During the holidays, employees give that money to help families by
paying electric bills, helping buy Christmas presents, eye exams, and so on.
MLEC employees also participate in other programs throughout the year, such as contributing to the fund raising auctions for the American Cancer Society.
