MLEC's goal is to help build our local communities, stay aware of local needs and look for ways we can help. We know economic development and community growth depend on the support and cooperation of people like us. And, we are a utility that does more than simply provide electricity - we empower our community.

  • Rural Development zero-interest loan monies are available to eligible new or expanding businesses that are creating new jobs.
  • A Revolving Loan Fund provides zero-interest loan monies for community business and development projects.
